Copy of FIR / NCR (Non-Cognizable Report) attested by - Police Station Stamp (Not More than 6 Months)
Copy of FIR attested by - Police Station Stamp (Not More than 6 Months). If Person is mentally retired, scanned copy of Medical Certificate is a must.
Scanned copy of the application of marriage notice attested by the Indian High Commission/ Embassy/ Marriage Registrar.

Kindly send us details about the number of vacancies in your organization along with mentioning that you want to publish an ad in the particular newspaper regarding the same, on your Standard Company Letterhead. Scanned copy of the documents is to be forwarded to [email protected] only after the ad has been booked. Depending on your content, as per the Government of India’s Labour Ministry policy, newspapers may need a proof / authorization letter (on your company letterhead) in our name giving us the authority to place the ad on your behalf. Without this proof many newspapers may not accept your ad. If you are a placement agency, either Indian or foreign placement, you have to submit your agency’s registration number or related document. To avoid delays we request you to email the document proof as an attachment (after scanning).

In addition to the documents stated above or equivalent, affidavit or equivalent document from the Indian embassy in the respective country stating the claim to be true is required from NRIs.
Public Notice ads usually require details supporting the notice in a practicing Lawyer’s Letterhead. The details in the Lawyer’s letterhead should inform the reason for publishing the ad. The registration number of the lawyer along with his signature and seal should be present in the supporting document.
Company Notice ads usually require company letter head along with stamp with signature. Contact number / landline should be present in the supporting document.
Various medical ads like Kidney donor or egg donor ads require authorization letter from registered hospitals or doctors. These documents should be duly signed and sealed by the relevant authorities.

Newspapers like Amar Ujala, Eenadu, Malayala Manorama and Daily Thanthi etc require copy of Photo ID proof for publishing any Property and Business ad. Often, some publications ask for photo ID proof for Loan or Finance related business ads.
The purpose behind providing such documentation is to confirm if the customer is genuine and the ad is authentic. The documentation further verifies the contact details provided and proves that the claims made in the ad matter are genuine and supported by facts.
The supporting documents are required to prevent any kind of fraudulent ad from getting published in the newspaper. This is one important reason why newspaper ads and advertisers are trusted much more than other media advertisers.
